Dear Esteemed Delegates and Faculty Advisors,

 

It brings us great pleasure to invite you to the 25th annual Jewish Canadian Youth Model United Nations Conference, which will be held from March 2nd to 4th 2025. The JCYMUN conference was created in 2001 to encourage Jewish youth to participate in the Model UN experience and to prepare them to become engaged, future global leaders. In addition to gaining an understanding of international relations and global issues, students have the opportunity to develop debating, public speaking, and analytical thinking skills, all while connecting with similarly committed peers.

 

We are delighted to announce our plans to host the JCYMUN conference in Montreal, Quebec in 2025.

JCYMUN is organized by a responsible, dedicated group of university student volunteers who are working year-round to ensure the success of the conference and to create engaging and innovative committees for the delegates. 

​

Our committees explore a broad scope of intellectually challenging and thought-provoking issues that affect countries across the globe. Whether they are Model UN veterans or first-time delegates, students that participate in this exceptional conference are certain to have a meaningful experience.

Through JCYMUN, we hope to enable Jewish students from across the Americas to understand the inner-workings of the United Nations, to provide them with the tools to crystallize their own political beliefs, and to inspire them to become active participants in global affairs.
